Firstly thanks to everyone who posted replies to my last question.

So we think we're ready to book, the last 2 trips have been booked through Co op Travelcare with Virgin but I thought I would shop around a bit. Following advice on here I contacted Travel City who seemed very friendly and gave me a price of £2677 for Windsor Palms resort staying in a 2 bed apartment, carhire, insurance for car, 10 day tickets for Disney are all included.
What I need to know is firstly what is Windsor Palms like, (looks good on website) what are Travel City like as a company and also what are their planes like as DW is a very nervous flyer. We have been given the option to upgrade seats for £250 each, is that good?
Any responses would be appreciated or any alternatives

I'm not going to be a lot of help, BUT, I have heard excellent things about Windsor Palms and am planning on booking a 2 bed condo there myself for next December.

I haven't traveled with TravelCity but I know a LOT of people on these boards have - if you do a search (if its working), you should find lots of info, and I believe Simon V posted a picture of their new planes.

Now that was quick...ThanksBev
Tried to do a search but it said that it was disabled so i'll try later.
I noticed from a previous thread that you are flying Virgin in November and it was £285 for the flight, how did you get that price? Everywhere I look seems to be £585

I have booked with Bon Voyage

I booked it before Christmas, and the best price at the time was £285 that's Gatwick to MCO on Virgin - you had to book either accomodation or carhire with them as well to get that price.
So I booked the car hire.

For November 30th (when we are flying) they are showing United at £275 but you have to change, or £295 direct on BA

I have got a quote from http://www.statesideuk.com/ for the condo, for £295/week for a 2 bed on Windsor Palms estate.

We went with travel city last year and have booked with them again this year. The flight was fine but no seat back tv's. 31" pitch seats so the leg room wasn't too bad, food ok and free drinks both soft and alcoholic for the entire flight. Free use of headsets but some people couldn't see the tv's as well as others. Staff very pleasant. As I said earlier we have booked to go with them again as we were happy with all aspects of our holiday last year. Hope this helps.

Thanks Claire
I think one of the best recommendations is when someone goes back to the same company, its only a matter of time now until I have my countdown going!
