So I am trying to do some differant things for my trip in August and I was just wondering would the waitstaff and or reasturants get upset if we did only apps and or desserts? I kow that may sound stupid but I am just wondering if thats allowed ...:confused3

It is ok to order just apps and desserts. Waiters make there money from turning there tables, so the sooner you are done the sooner they get sat again. Plenty of different apps to try sounds like a great plan.

Thats totally acceptable! MANY people do it. There's no rule against ordering apps & desserts. Actually I think its a great idea. Ive seen people do this even at signature restaurants such as Cali Grill.

Totally fine! My friends and I often do that at restaurants at home. We usually pay more than if we had just ordered the entree anyways, so the waitstaff never seems to care!

There is no rule whatsoever that says you must order an entree at any a la carte restaurant. Order whatever you like.

Sounds yummy to me. Just keep wait times in mind if your plan is to try multiple table service restaurants in a single day. Even with ADRs, wait times can really eat up your day if visiting more than one table service restaurant.
