That's awesome that you are able to go for 10 days!
As far as dining goes, not sure how comfortable you are eating in tight spaces right next to other parties or if it's something that doesn't bother you at all. But a few things that come to mind when solo: Biergarten is a communal table of 8 (I think..or is it 6?) people so be prepared to be a bit social if dining there. Chefs de France & Le Cellier's tables are very close together with other tables. I enjoy sitting outside at R&C or SRT for a more relaxed setting that is a bit more spacious when solo.
....
One thing I've found works out well for me also when going solo is to take the afternoon break at a resort nearby the park you're in rather than having to go back to the room if you're staying off property or elsewhere that requires more commute time. Going to eat at lounges like Crew's Cup at the Yacht Club (Awesome food & drinks!), Tambu Lounge or Trader Sam's at the Poly or any others at nearby resorts (AKL) can be a great way to relax for a couple of hours. After eating, relax and explore the resorts before hopping to the next park for the night. This way of midday breaking isn't for everyone but it works for me & I've introduced others to it who normally break back at the room & they enjoyed it also.
Have a great trip!
