Going Rate for DVC points from Disney?

What is the rate per point from Disney for add on's at non SSR resorts and is the rate the same at SSR? If not, how much are add on's at SSR? Any specials? Sorry if this is old news. I haven't been keeping up.

I think I read that the going rate is $95 for all the resorts except SSR which is $101. I think also after July 10th Disney was going to start charging closing costs for new members but not existing members adding on.

Thanks for the info. If Disney starts charging closing costs they take away one of the big bennies of purchasing straight from Disney. Interesting.

I though folks might be interested in knowing that i reffered my brother, and as a member's relative the "closing costs" were dropped for his purchase, even though he is a first time buyer. He was also able to choose from any available resorts, sold out and SSR.....he went with OKW.
