Going July 2006?

Hi I am new here, We have been going to Disney since 1976. We are going back to our favorite Contemporary. We will be there July 19 -27. Can't wait. Why does it just keep getting better every year?

Just have to jump and shout! We are so excited for our trip and it is getting us through these few months! I'm not sure if there are any other teachers out there, but only 2 months of school yet and I can't wait! Some classes are tougher than others and this year, I NEED Disney!!! We will be staying at WDW at the Grand Floridian from July 19th-25th!!!

I can't wait!!!!! This will be our fourth time at the GF and our 8th time at Disney World!!!

With the time that our flight leaves to WDW on the 19th, works out so that we have to get up at about 3:00a.m.!!! It's insane to think that I will get any kind of sleep that night! It reminds me of that cute commercial where the little boy runs into his sister's room and their mom says to go to bed, but the little boy "I'm too excited to sleep!" Then, the mom goes back to bed, and asks her husband if he is asleep, and he says "I'm too excited to sleep."

I love that commercial, LOL

Bit of a long bump but I just found this thread. DW and I are going to be at POP Century from July 12th-19th! I'm wondering about one thing, we're not sure of our cash situation when we're down but would like to stay one extra day on either side of the trip. If we find that we'll have enough, how tough is it to find a place to stay on that short notice?

We've managed to find 2 Alien Green mickey heads at our local Home Depots so far, looks like some DISers have been beating us to the punch!

People from this board are getting paint samples that are shaped like mickeys head from Home Depot. They are called Alien Green in color and from what I've read, most people laminate them. Then, they put them somewhere noticable when they are at WDW or DL and look for other people wearing the same. If you see someone with an Alien Green mickey head, they are a poster on this board!
