Going in october, not doing HHN, travel advise please

Hi everybody
I´ll probably be in Orlando October 22-29th. Me(22) and my brother(18) want to go to UNI/IOA but we dont want to do HHN (im a chicken would be terrified and have a panic attack). We probably will just be going for 1 day
I was wondering which would be better crowd wise:

Going on a day when HHN is and doing UNI earlier in the day and then doing IOA later in the day

or

Going on a day when HHN is not going on

The only time you'd normally see an increase in crowds would be at the Studios...in the afternoon on the days HHN is staged.

I would stick with a non-HHN day if you're worried about crowds. Plus you would get that extra hour at the Studios when they close at 6pm instead of 5pm.
