If I book a room now, can I call later and get a discount rate applied when/if they come out, or will I be stuck with the rack rate? We already have group tickets, so we only need a room. Thanks!

You can book a room now and if a discount for it comes out later, they will apply it. They do it all the time.

Yes, you can absolutely add discounts for room or packages if/when they become available.
