We are headed to DL in February. We currently have ressies at the GCH from Feb 21st til Feb 27, Will we have large crowds since it is the week after Presidents Day or should it be low attendance? Any advice / tips? We are 1st timers and very excited.

I bet you'll have low attendance after the weekend. Monday may be a little crowded also. "President's Day" is the 16th according to my calendar, and our schools will be out the week of the 16th-20th. You may have shortened hours and you will probably only have some parades & shows (such as the Electric Parade) on weekends. The calendar should be up on the Disney web site soon. Be prepared for rain, but you could also have very pleasant weather. Go to the parks early, especially on the weekends.
A week at the GC--wow! You'll have a GREAT time!

I plan to arrive mid-morning on Friday, Feb. 20, and then spend all day Saturday, February 21. I think I can get a 2 day park hopper for those days. Should I try to do DL first? Will it be incredibly crowded that Saturday? DCA closes at 8 on Friday, DL closes at 10, and then is open from 8 to midnight on Saturday.

kati71-- DCA doesn't get nearly as crowded as DL. If I were you, I would plan on going to DL at opening both days if possible. Grab a FP for Indiana Jones, hit as many fun rides as you can, and once the lines start getting long, head over to GCA. Pick up a fastpass for Soaring, since it is the attraction that is most likely to have long waits. Try not to miss WWTBAM and Alladin in the afternoons. I like to take a break in the afternoon (either before or after one of the above mentioned shows) and then come back for the night events (I love the ELP!) You can do a lot in 2 days if you start early and use FastPass, even with the President's week crowds.

I too plan on driving up from San Diego the wee hours of Friday(on vacation for 7 days in California), 20 February and stay a couple of days.. i had heard that the indiana jones ride is closed during that time for rehab. does anyone know anything about the Marriott on convention dr..? thinking of there or HJ's
