Going in Feb. Please help

We are going to WDW in Feb. I have read that there is dance comp. on the weekend of Feb 2-4 and a cheerleading comp. on the weekend of Feb. 9-11. Here is the problem, Our trip is Feb 4-10. We are planning to go to MGM on our first day. My DSs (5) just wants to see the Power Rangers, so we wanted to that first (so we want hear when to see the PRs every hour of everyday). I am wondering with dance comp on the 4th- will that make that park too crowded? I know it is a slow season, but with competition kids out there I am sure it will be busier. Also, do you think it will end up being an awful week with those 2 competitions back to back? Give me some advice if you can, PLEASE. If anyone has dealt with this, please let me know some good strategies.

We go every year in February and we don't expierence any problems. Yes the week ends will have something closed for the competitions but find out what those will be and do them during the week. We love going in February. You will too! Enjoy!
