Hi! I am new to these boards...we are planning a trip to WDW in December 2004. We are planning on going the first full week (leaving SD on the 3rd). Is this a good time to go? Will we be fighting crowds? Or bad weather?

Thanks for the advice!

From what you will see on these boards, alot of people on these boards will be going during that time, as it is a great time of year to go for crowds and decorations. Make sure to get tickets to MVMCP.

The DW and I will be there as well. 2nd anniversary trip.

A great time to go!! There is a thread somewhere on here that lists everyone that is going in December.

I'll be there too! It is a GREAT time to go.

Definately get weeknight tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and if you can, get a PS for the Liberty Tree Tavern for the same night you do the party. :)

The crowds are low, the weather is nice and the decorations are up!

We love going at this time of year! We will be there 11/28-12/5. Can't wait! We love the weather, lower crowds and all the decorations!

Is December!

Low crowds, good weather (most days, but prepare for anything) Great Decorations and the MVMCP.

I went last year with my DB, DSL and 3mo old DN. It was the best time I ever had and it made me plan a trip this year for the entire family to go! (12-5 to 12-11)

Do the Candlelight Processional and the MVMCP.

The thread is on the Disney resort boards that shows who all is going in Dec.
