Going in a month and no documents?

I leave in a month for WDW. We were planning on using ME. No documents from them yet

Are we also suppose to get documents for our room too? This is our first time staying onsite Disney....Don't know what to expect?

Hi Charleyann, You should be receiving your documentation any day now. We normally receive ours anywhere from 20-25 days out from our arrival. Not sure about the ME tags as we have never used ME before. I would call just to make sure and see when they are going to send out. It's always good to double check. Have a wonderful trip.

They told me me I didn't get my documents in 4 business days to call back and they would have them couried to me. They said I should have received them...

You can call ME directly too and they will send out the booklets and luggage tags right away:

Personally, I wouldn't wait that long - if you don't receive your WDW paperwork within the next week or 2, I would call again.

They lost my address in the system! Gosh, they said they sent it out two weeks ago and it came back. ME also said they would call Reservations as they too probably lost my address in the system. Geez, just talked to reservations tonight and they made no mention of losing my address . Glad I called, thank you 5DisneyNuts for your good advice!
