What is the best strategy to visit Anna and Elsa at rope drop. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Be AT THE ROPE at the right tunnel. Not three people back .... But right at the rope. That means be through security by 8:00 That means leave your resort or be in the parking lot by 7:15. Power walk - or walk as fast as they'll let you. If the CMs are escorting, stay right behind them. If you can do that you'll have a very short wait.
ETA - this assumes a 9 am non EMH day....

We love being there at rope drop. I have heard even if you are there at rope drop there is still at least an hour wait. :confused3

I've been hearing that, since everyone goes straight there at rope drop, the wait for A&E is actually shorter later in the day. Like, right now (about 7:30 PM), the expected wait is 71 minutes. So I wouldn't waste rope drop time on A&E when the wait later is the same or less.
