Going from Epcot to FW then to SSR

End of October we have dinner reservations at Le Cellier at 7PM, then have arranged to do the Legend of Sleepy Hollow at FW at 9:30.
So I am thinking we should be okay on time. We'll get to Le Cellier early.
Is the best way for us to get to FW to take a boat? If we are done with dinner at 8:30 does that give is enough time to get out of Epcot, to the boat and to where we need to be at FW?
Afterwards we need to get back to SSR. We may be tired enough that we just take a cab, but since it is a MNSSHP night we are thinking we can just go back to MK and grab an SSR bus from there. Or take a Downtown Disney bus from FW and then walk back to SSR from DTD.
I'd appreciate any insights into our plan-am especially concerned about getting to FW after Le Cellier so we do not miss the ride.

I would plan on taking a cab from Epcot to Fort Wilderness. Even with that, you may need to rush through dinner - you'll want to be leaving Le Cellier no later than 8:30.

I agree with Alesia, but just wanted to add that there is no way to take a boat from Epcot to Ft. Wilderness. They are on two separate unconnected bodies of water.
