I have used WISH before in order to lose weight and exercise more. It worked great, but then I just stopped having time to take care of myself. Last year I lost about 20 lbs, give or take a few, and since then I have gained it all back. It is very disappointing to know I worked so hard and a year later I have nothing to show for it.
I'm coming back to WISH to become motivated again and find people I can relate to and seek support. I have tried all kinds of different diets. The only one that ever seems to work for me is plain and simple--- eating less and exercising more. My goal is to be at my goal weight by January 2008 (my next WDW trip). I know I can do it; I just need a small bit of help. Any tips are welcomed.

back! I guess we all know a good thing when we have experienced it before. I was successful with WW and WISH, got busy with life and family, stopped coming around, gained weight, returned to WISH and WW and lost the weight again. This time I am determined not to leave WISH and not to gain the weight again. Sounds like you have a plan and by coming to WISH you will have a ton of support so you are headed in the right direction!
yet here I am and I know what it takes, i'm trying to get my head in the right place to get it into gear again. thanks for joining us, it helpls me so much to read the inspiring stories here
