We keep going back and forth on dining plans, to many choices! Just wonder what everyone else has planned for upcoming dining.? Would love to hear about your plans!

‘Ohana dinner, Bon Voyage breakfast st Tratoria al Forno, and Jiko dinner this month.
‘Ohana dinner, BOG lunch, BOG dinner, Cali Grill dinner, Sci Fi late lunch, Via Napoli dinner, Tusker House “brunch”, BOMA dinner, Rose and Crown dinner in July.

Dining plans are rarely worth it unless you are planning significantly... That being said, I have done them and it has worked out financially... but it is work.

I'll be there in July as well! :earboy2: I am a fan of quick service dining, but we have two ADRs booked for our trip. We're dining at Be Our Guest and Garden Grill. Like I said, we are fans of QS restaurants. I highly recommend Sci Fi Dine-In, Casey's Corner, Liberty Tree Tavern, and Tangierine Cafe in the Morocco pavilion. (I can't recommend GG because I've never been, but I've heard great things!) I definitely don't recommend Rosie's All American Cafe in HS. I did not have a good experience the last time I ate there.

Also going in July!! We are trying out the DDP for the first time because we are planning alot of TS meals on this trip. This is my first trip since I have developed a bad gluten intolerance. We will be doing alot of QS meals too, but we do like the breaks that TS meals provide, and for my first trip with dietary restrictions, for convenience we wanted more TS than QS.

That said, we are eating at Chefs De France, Le Cellier and San Angel for Epcot days. MK - CRT. HS - Mama Melrose, Hollywood and Vine breakfast. AK - Tusker House. Also eating at California grill, Trattoria al Forno for the character breakfast and Morimoto for our Disney Springs evening

Have fun trip planning!! :-)

Early August here. We are planning on California Grill (brunch), Jiko, Il Mulino, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Homecomin', Tusker House, and Raglan Road. We are also going to throw in some Nomad Lounge and Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge. In Epcot we will play it totally by ear.

In October, BlueZoo, Jiko, Tiffins, Monsieur Paul, Tokyo dining, 50s PrimeTime, California Grill for dinners.
Sci-Fi, Satu'li Canteen, Skipper Canteen for lunch. It will be Food and Wine, so lunch is grazing.

So many great options.

Going week of 4th of July. Our reservations include BOG dinner, Cape May dinner, rainforest cafe, Tusker House breakfast, 50s lunch, House of Blues, afternoon tea at grand Floridian, and Ohana

Going in November for 9 nights. Paying OOP. Only doing 3 ADR's. BOG lunch, HDDR and Cali Grill dinner. We will also do the HEA dessert party. The rest we will wing with same day ADR's, lounges (specifically want to try Nomad and maybe Crews Cup) and QS. With a few days of F&W kiosks thrown in!

As you look at the dining plan you might want to remember this time. We have done the standard and deluxe twice. We are back to the standard because after the trip I figured that we lost 4+ hours a day to meals (tried to make it worth the money) and over $1500 in tips alone. This trip we are eating at Jiko's, Ohana's twice, Boma for both breakfast and dinner, 50
s Primetime, Mama Melrose, Rose & Crown, Garden Grill and Whispering Canyon Café.

We are doing the standard dining plan because after adding up what we would eat at each place, we were at the cost of the dining plan before alcohol so we will basically be drinking for free this entire 9 day vacation. Our dinners will be
Sunshine Seasons, Ragland Road, Skipper Canteen, Hollywood Brown Derby, Yak and Yeti, Rose and Crown, Jiko, Edison and Coral Reef paying OOP for Edison. Our lunches will be
EoS, Satuli, Katsura Grill, Columbia Harbor House, Katsura Grill, Polite Pig, Columbia Harbor House, ABC or Backlot and Be Our Guest paying OOP for EoS. This will be our fifth trip in five years and we are going to seven table service restaurants that we have never been to. We love the number of options at Disney for food.

We'll be there in early July and as things stand now will do OOP for the first part of the trip and DDxDP for the second half (split stay).
So far have ADRs for:

Artist Point dinner
'Ohana dinner
Via Napoli (might get changed to Pizza Ponte) and the choice will depend on whether it's a water park day or not.
Monsieur Paul "lupper"
Restaurant Marrakesh or Tangerine Cafe dinner
Tokyo Dining dinner
Yachtsman dinner
Fly Fish dinner
Morimoto Asia lunch
California Grill brunch
Brown Derby lunch

You might note that almost all chosen restaurants have A/C. Decided this was important for a summer visit, LOL.

Well, we're trying a few new restaurants, there are so many!

The Edison at Disney Springs
Satu'li at Animal Kingdom (Pandora) (QS)
Enzo's Hideaway at Disney Springs
Polite Pig at Disney Springs

Then the "It's not a vacation if I don't eat here":

Jiko at AK's Jambo House.
The Wave at the Contemporary
Rose & Crown at Epcot
The Brown Derby at DHS

We will be there July too! In the summer we tend to do a late breakfast or lunch to break up the hot day and take a rest in the AC. We only do a few dinners.
We have Garden Grille, Crystal Palace, Yak and Yeti, Beaches and Cream, Rose and Crown, Il Mulino, and Cali Grill so far. Have a great time!!

I like to plan which park we expect to be each day, and then look for places that are convenient to whichever park we plan.

Magic Kingdom includes the restaurants in the park and at the resorts on the monorail or boat route (WL and FW).

Epcot, well Epcot, but there are also the Boardwalk area resorts.

For a day/night at the Studios, we might go to the Boardwalk area resorts if we couldn’t get an ADR at SciFi.

AK has Satuli Canteen and Yak & Yeti. They are two awesome places to eat. Y&Y serves the Yak Attack and large size drafts making it a great place to drink too.

We are going in December, so can’t make ADRs yet. Our plans are 1 TS and 1 CS per day. We are having breakfast in our room and early lunches. Here are our plans.
BOG lunch, Skipper’s Canteen, Columbia Harbour House, HEA dessert party, Yak and Yeti, Flame Tree BBQ, Satulii Canteen, 50 prime time, woody’s lunchbox, Jiko, Biergarten, Chefs de France, Morimoto and Homecomin’, 1900 Park Fare dinner and ‘Ohana. We’re also plannng on snacking nag around the world at Epcot at the Christmas booths.

We are returning to Ohana, 50 Prime Time, 1900 Park Fare, Chefs de France and BOG for lunch as we really enjoyed them on previous trips. We’re mixing about 1/2 new and half favorites.

We're going down in June for our first ever visit, so I just kind of have a bit of everything. Haha. I picked some for DH and I, then obviously some more for the kiddos (9 and 6).

BoG (breakfast and dinner)
CRT
Tusker House
Satuli (QS, but looks like a must try for us, so it's in the plans!)
Sci-Fi
Akershus
Coral Reef

We did the DDP and will just use our QS kind of depending on where we are when we decide we're hungry. I figure most of the these will be used for breakfast at Pop or lunch where ever since we don't really have a set eating schedule at home anyway. There are a few QS places that I've spied that I want to try out though (Tangerine Cafe...I'm looking at you!)

I'm also heavily debating on the doing the Hoop Dee Doo Review OOP for our group....Decisions decisions. LOL.

Also going in July, 3 months and 6 days, but who's counting? We are beyond excited.

We always do the DDP and save oodles of money every time. We will be having lunch at BOG, breakfast and dinner at 'Ohana, breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table, dinner at California Grill, dinner at Chef Mickey's, lunch at Teppan Edo, 25th Wedding Anniversary at Narcoossee's, and dinner at Crystal Palace.

If you haven’t seen it, I think your kids are a perfect age for HDDR-the food is good and the show is fun.

We will be there in July also! I have reservations at Chef Art Smith's, Liberty Tree Tavern, Whispering Canyon, Sci-Fi and Be Our Guest. The boys like TREX also but try as I may I can NEVER get a reservation there! o_O
