My New Years resolution last year got me on the South Beach Diet. This worked well and I was able to stay on and lose about 25lbs but then in March a huge roadblock was put in my way and I went astray. (I went to Disney World). I never did manage to get motivated after that but I'm trying again!! Yes, another New Years resolution. Starting January 4th...I'm back on the Beach!!
Now I need your help...I'm not much of a veggie person but I need some ideas for breakfast. What's quick and easy and yummy too? What about snacks? All I can think of are scrambled eggs and cheese. Give me your ideas/tips!!

I think the biggest tip I can give though is to not have the mindset that all you can have for breakfast is eggs, bacon, sausage, ect. Eat whatever your heart desires as long as it's on plan.
