Going back to our 'happy place" w/pics link to my trip report( 9/7)

I forgot this earlier!!

22 days left!!!!!
:cool1:  :yay: :dance3: :cheer2:

No pics of the kids with the countdown because my camera is acting up.:sad1:

BTW,I know my ticker says 23 days but I never changed it when we added a night.

Hi Amy!!! Your PTR looks good! That little note is a very scary thing, but also cute! Man, I dread when mine get that old! DD starts first day of K. next Tues!

I was thinking very seriously about taking DS to Barber Shop for first haircut. Any tips to avoid disaster??

You are so lucky that RnR will be open for at least part of your stay!

Hi Amy- Just caught up on your ptr. You have done a great job planning! Your kids are very cute!! That note is sooo funny-I always wondered about what age that will start happening-now I know:goodvibes My son Heath still has a few years left, he's only going on 8 and doesnt want anything to do with girls right now. HOWEVER my 4 your old LOVES girls....we were watching a music video about a year ago and he said "wow shes hot"...I was like WHAT DID YOU SAY???:rotfl2: Sure enough it was Gwen Staffani and he said she was hot! A couple weeks later we were in a store and there were gwen staffani posters for sale so I asked if he wanted one (thinking that he would be like "no way mom" -WRONG! He has that poster hanging in his room to this day:lmao: I will post a picture of the poster in a few minutes -sooo funny!!

I like the confetti in your DD hair-My niece wants that done but I hadnt seen it in girls hair-only in boys so now I can tell her that she can have it done as well-do you remember how much this costs? Thanks

The only tip that I have is NOT to use the woman.I have heard positive things about the man(can't remember his name). In fact I should have been warned when I saw people tell us to go ahead they were waiting for the male barber.
I had a hard time when each of mine started K.It seemed so grown up.

Thanks for coming over and reading.:goodvibes Your four year old sounds just like Tyler. He has been girl crazy since birth I think. It is getting alot worse lately though. The other day when we were shopping, a teenage girl was bending over to get him some jeans to try and he CHECKED HER OUT!!! :scared1: My mom even noticed and when I said something to him later he said He couldn't help himself-she was hotter than hot.BTW,Peyton (DS9) is just starting to notice girls so watch out.

I would love to see that poster. Tyller thinks she is hot too.

I think Rebekah's paint and confetti cost $5.It wasn't much at all.

 Jess is 11 and think boys are :scared: How longs that going to last :rotfl2:
For your sanity I hope it lasts for a LOOOONG time.;)

Okay tonight I am making copies of all his class info, schedules, etc. when I found a note.

Tyler-"you are prettier than ever"
girl-"awww.that's so sweet i really like you too"(and then a bunch of hearts)

He has been in school for two days with two different schedules and he is writing notes to girls.I am in sooo much trouble.

Uh oh! Its starting for you!

I have an almost 11 year old DD and she is boy crazy! I am so scared! :scared:

When she was just over a year old, maybe 14 months, Brad Pitt was on the tv for something and she toddled up to it and spent 10 mins kissing him through the tv.

How am I going to survive the teenage years? Seriously, I'm looking for suggestions. popcorn::

My 11 year old daughter still thinks boys are icky -- she is starting her second year of middle school at the end of August. I'm hoping to keep my sweet girl for at least another year before she becomes a boy crazy teenager! (that's why we continue to do WDW -- it's fun when they still get excited by Disney World and family vacations....and you know that can't last forever!) :sad1:

Amy,
Your children are so beautiful. I hope the time goes quickly and that you have a fantastic vacation!!! :flower3:

Here is Javens GWEN poster!

That is cute about her kissing the tv.:goodvibes Unfortunately when Tyler was little he was noticing the Hooters restaraunts' commercials.:sad2: Teenage years??I am going to have three teenagers at the same time.:scared1: I am considering schools with very high walls...:rolleyes1

The only thing I know to do right now to prepare for the teenage years is working on our parent/child relationship.I want them all to feel like they can talk to us. For example, when I found the note last night it led to a discussion about what might happen if the teacher found that note(reading it in front of the class, etc) and how he will feel if she decides to not talk to him today. He asked me the other day how it feels to kiss a girl... Okay I am starting to have an anxiety attack...

Enjoy her thinking boys are yucky-they are!! At least that is what I keep telling my DD8.;)

The time is passing quickly!Usually it crawls by but with school starting it is going much faster.

For your sanity I hope it lasts for a LOOOONG time.;)
Me too, me too :rotfl2:

Thanks for the link,I am going to check it out.

OK, despite you telling me NOT to read all of this, I did it anyways...and you are right, I am now going to make fun of you!!!

I can't believe you posted your packing list - including your bras!!! Do you forget those often?

However I must say that the bagies are a brillitant idea...especially with all of those kiddies of yours!

And for someone who can't remember how to email a picture from one time to the next, you sure do some impressive stuff on here! Of course you have everyone tricked into thinking you are some organizational genius or something...:rotfl:

Anyways, I love ya, you big goober! And for anyone who didn't know, I am her best friend, so I can make fun of her if I want!!!
