Awwww.... what a special morning. Thanks for telling us about it. I think I will let DH take the older kiddos to do this one am while I mess with the baby. They would love to be free of her for a little while and race from ride to ride.

Also, I was amused that the kids are short enough you could see the Kodak picture spot sign. Too funny.

Hi! They loved that the atttention was focused on them and so will your kids.

I love your countdown calendar! Can I steal your idea?? Did you just tape the Mickey Heads on so they could be removed? Or how did you attach them to the poster?? I think I'm headed to Home Depot during lunch today!

Ditto! That really is a great idea. Maybe I'll get one going to start on Sunday, and just do it for 2 weeks. I'm at 16 days today!!!

Steal Away!! WE used tape sio that they would come off easiily.Be sure to post pictures of yours on your report.

Well it has been confirmed that RnR will close 9/4 so I am going to post my final itinerary later tonight or tomorrow.

Okay I have been trying to decide what to do about my ticket.We are planning to get 6 day hoppers for this trip.I will be returning in January for the marathon weekend and will be needing four days of tickets at the most.

I am leaning toward the AP because I could try to get discounts on the hotel rooms in January for us and even Harley and her DH (unless Harley gets an AP too).Does anyone know how hard it is to get AP discounts?? The marathon weekend is supposed to be a busy one.

I got my papers from Disney and my luggage tags!! I am not going to post pictures,everyone knows what they look like.

I need to figure out my last itinerary and cancel a few ADRs that I have been nervous about.

Thursday 8/30-I get off of work at 2:00pm and hopefully my parents will be ready then too.We will pick up the kids from school and head to DISNEY! It takes about seven hours to drive but we have to make frequent stops for my dad.I hope to get there by 11:00pm. I am dreading this trip.Rachel screamed almost the entire way from Florida last week because she can't stand being restained for more than a few minutes.
Friday 8/31-we will have to get to the lobby early to check in and get our tickets.Thursday night is a room only reservation and we won't start with our package until Friday morning.We will spend this day at MK.I will try to talk everyone into going back for a rest,considering how late we got in, but that is hard to do with this group.We will eat dinner at Chef Mickey at 6:10pm.Depending on how everyone is holding up we may do EMH at EPCOT.We love Test Track at night. Only Peyton,Rebekah and I will be going to Epcot EMH

Saturday 9/1-Peyton,Rebekah,and I will be heading out for morning EMH at MGM just to ride RnR as many times as we can(this ride closes for refurbishment on 9/2) before 9:00am and then meet Grandma,Grandpa,and Rae(Rachel) at AK.We will stay all day there and then eat dinner at Kona Cafe at 5:30pm.After dinner it will be early to bed or swimming.RnR is now closing on 9/4 so we probably won't go to the EMH.That will make for an easier morning,

Sunday 9/2-We are spending the first part of the day at MGM.I hope to get concert tickets for the Imagination Movers(I think that is their name).We will leave in time to get to EPCOT for our dinner ressies at Coral Reef at 6:00pm. We are not big on Illuminations so we will either ride rides at EPCOT or go to MK for EMH.I did EMH at MK last year with Peyton and Rebekah and it is one of our most favorite memories.What time do you think we will need to leave to get to our ressie on time?We will be driving and parking in handicap.I was thinking by 4:45.If we go to EMH at MK it will only be Rebekah,Peyton and I unless Harley and her crew join us.

Monday 9/3-We will start in EPCOT and we have a ressie for a late breakfast with the princesses at 10:15am.We will stay all day at EPCOT and then head over to MGM to see Fantasmic at 8:30pm.This is a must see for Peyton and Rebekah.

Tuesday 9/4-MK all day!!!! We do have dinner ressies at Crystal Palace at 5:50pm.We will see Wishes this night also.

Wednesday 9/5-This morning will be for DTD unless there is something important we didn't get to do.We will probably eat at Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck express.We will head home as soon as we eat lunch. [/COLOR][We have a ressie at Ohana and I am still debating wether or not to cancel it.Part of me wants this morning to hit a park or DTD and part of me wants to take it easy,eat breakfast at Ohana and head home. I can't decide.[/COLOR]
I know it sounds alot without much rest but this is the pace we kept up for nine days last year.My family never wants to leave the parks except for a few evenings to swim.It is easier to let Rae nap in her stroller than fight with her to take a nap in the hotel room.It takes her about an hour to settle down and then she sleeps for about thirty minutes.We will go back to the room whenever I feel it is necessary though.
This may change this year.My dad has not been feeling very well and I am worried how the heat may affect him.Also I don't think Rae will nap in the stroller as well as last time.I am afraid she will get cranky(and that is way understated) and then finally fall asleep late afternoon. Okay,I do need some help with one thing.I would love to experience Little Ones Extra Magic Hours.It happens on Friday and Sunday.If we go on Fridy morning Grandpa will not be able to go with us.His ECV will be delivered at 8:00am.The only other choice is to go on Sunday and then go over to MGM.What would you do??I have decided not to try to get to LOEMH. It just seems too much.

I still have a Boma ressie to cancel.I was trying to decide between Boma and Kona and we have never been to Kona so I an going to keep that one.

Any suggestions??

HI!!Thanks for coming over. Yeah,it seems like we do keep up a fast pace.Rebekah and Peyton can stay at MK until 2:00 am and then jump up in the morning to go again.Rachel and the Grandparents go back whenever they get tired.last year on our nine day trip I scheduled in rest times and a day off from the parks and they rebelled.


Don't print the packing list yet-its nowhere near done.

let me know if you still want the tank I may be ordering again and we can split the shipping.I want the lime green tank.

A waterpark would be fun!!I want to do that on our next trip because Tyler will be with me.That will probably be the only way I get him there. Just wait until you see my new packing list. I actually may be too emarrassed to post it.

Anyway have you decided what you are going to do about your tickets for this trip and Jan?
