Going Back after 7 years please help with all the changes

Hello all,
So I am planning a trip in September 2025 and need some help. Its been 7 years that i have not been to my happy place and I have a lot of questions since things have changed here are just a few that i have off my head right now.
By the way This trip will be my first solo trip as well...….

1.) Being that I will be doing this solo do I really need Genie+? (this is something new for me)
2. ) Do they still have single rider lanes at the rides?
3.) Can I still ship to the resort from home for my trip?
4.) Can I take a phone stabilizer for selfies and photos?
5.) what's the best way to get to the Disney warehouse off property?

Thank you in advance and I will probably have more questions down the road.

1. Maybe or maybe not use genie+. September tends to be a little less crowded. My family tends to not use it as we’re visiting for at least 10 days so don’t feel that rushed. So YMMV. But if you need good genie tips on Ear Scouts on YouTube.
2.Some rides do still have single rider queues. Can’t remember off the top of my head but a simple search should give that info.
3. I believe you can still have items shipped to the resort. I accident had the WDW resort listed where I had stayed when I had Walmart deliver some basics and had some other items se t there by mistake. WDW was very nice about sending it back to Walmart when I explained. So they did get the package and actually called me
4. We don’t use one but I think the handheld mini tripods are allowed but no selfie sticks. I’d recommend thinking about having a photopass photographer either use your phone to snap pics or get memory maker. Much better IMO.
