My dad booked our trip for June yesterday. It will be the 1st time we have gone as an extended family in which my niece & nephew, sister, BIL, mum & dad are going. Its to celebrate my dad's 60th which is September but seeing as my mum, sister & the kids are in school we are going in June.

We are staying 3 nights in the SL which will be a first for my parents. Also to say that Disney do honour any deal you find for any country regardless of where you live. We found the french deal of a night & day free to be cheaper then the UK site:goodvibes

Sounds great Nikki :thumbsup2: Gosh, I think that it is going to be busy during June half term - half the board on here is going :rotfl2: (as well as those we don't know about!).

I really fancy the SL, beginning to think I should have picked there over the HNY but the slightly quicker walk and the hot breakfast items won me over in the end!

Good to know the booking does work with any country deal - how did you go about it - did you just say you'd seen this deal etc. Also, did you use the French booking line or UK one (normally US call centre)?

I wanted the HNY which I thought my dad was booking but he did the SL as my mum said she wouldn't mind there & my dad is paying for all of us so can't complain. My dad just called the UK number & said it was cheaper on the French site, they said no problem & transferred him to the french call centre (they spoke good English) & that was that

I'm sure you will have a great time :thumbsup2 The SL looks great, especially for the time of year (nice hopefully!).

Thanks for the info on the booking - useful to know :)

Congratulations on your booking :goodvibes

Sounds like you've got a lovely trip planned :thumbsup2

What a great way to celebrate your dad's birthday. :goodvibes
