Not until 2006.

The origional plan was to go with just Hubby for my 40th Autumn 2005, but had major worries over leaving DS2(who is disabled and at the time did not want to go).So all planning went on back burner especially after a clinic for DS2 in Bristol reveilled he needs to be referred to Queens in Nottingham for major surgery as soon as they can get funding.

Then DS1 and girlfriend booked to go to DLP in June so we have had all the brouchers around and thought maybe we would take DS2 there in Sept instead, but no he doesn't want that, He wants Florida. There is no way we can go this year with him because of the surgery in Nottingham means we have travel to and fro every month for at least 6 months.

But I can now kinda start planning for Oct 06

Sorry to waffle

You're free to waffle here all you like, Karen! ;)

Seriously, it sounds as though a bit of forward planning is just what you need at the moment to give you something to look forward to after your DS's surgery. October 06 may sound a loooooooong way off now, but I bet it will come around a lot more quickly than you think :). If your heart's not in a trip to DLP then it might not be the 'lift' you're hoping for and it will be worth waiting that bit longer to go where DS really wants to be.

Here's hoping your DS's surgery goes well and he makes a great recovery.

It's never to early to plan a trip to WDW!

October is a lovely time to visit. You should be able to experience the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

Best wishes to you and your family and I hope your son's surgery goes well.

Agreed! It's never too early to plan or waffle, er talk, about the next trip...never-ever! :)

October is probably my favorite time to visit - halloween is such fun, and the weather is nice but not humid.
