Goin' to see the Mouse for Spring Break~just me and Fiance at POP-Update 3/20

This is still DHS right?

Oh yeah, we can finally say we're going to WDW this year!!!

Yep, still DHS.

AHHHH I can't believe it! I get to say I'm going TWICE this year!

Hi Tinkgurl! I was just doing some catching up and noticed the name change on your PTR! Congratulations!! :goodvibes
Well then I had to go back and read how it happened - very cute! I do have to admit though, I am another one who also thought he was going to do it at Disney  That's okay, Disney wedding maybe? Disney honeymoon? :)
We just got back 12 days ago and I want to already start planning our next trip! I'm trying to get everyone's ok (party of 28) to post pictures and then maybe do a TR - my first one!
Well, Happy New Year to you and all the best to you and your lovely family!

Hi!! Aw thanks! He wanted to do it at Disney, but couldn't wait that long. Yep, we are having a Disney honeymoon, then go up to Destin, FL for a few days.

Aw..I hope you do a TR! I'll read it! Let me know if you start one!

Happy New Year to you too! Where did 2009 go? It just flew by!

I"m sticking with my answer. I can't think of anything else!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. Here's some of the exciting gifts I received: a Wii, Wii Fit, and Toy Story Mania game, Dooney & Bourke wristlet to match my big purse, a beautiful WDW zip-up hoodie and a Tink shirt and Minnie shirt for March, and a WDW gift card. I'll try and do a year in review soon!

Wow- I stumped everyone?! I'm sorry. :flower3: I found Tinkerbell's prison in the waiting queue of Voyage of the Little Mermaid- Ariel being the Princess. Here's what the WDW website has to say about the show:

"Voyage of The Little Mermaid, in Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park, is a scheduled 15-minute show appropriate for the entire family that recreates the popular Disney animated film The Little Mermaid using colorful puppets, live performers, special effects and movie clips.

Begin in the reef-walled theater and feel the cooling effects of water mists. Follow Ariel as she travels back and forth from the ocean floor full of fish and mercreatures up to the world where she dreams to be, among the humans.

Voyage of the Little Mermaid includes many memorable songs, like Ariel's wistful "Part of Your World" and the Academy Award-winning song, "Under the Sea," sung by the calypso-ing crab Sebastian. A mildly menacing moment occurs when the enormous evil sea witch, Ursula, belts out "Poor Unfortunate Soul." True to the movie, this musical stage production ends on wave of happiness."

And here's a pic of Tinkerbell's prison. Look for it next time you're there!:

For the first time, I've had to say...no points this time! :guilty:

Clue #5:

This attraction takes us "beyond the fifth dimension".

my FAVORITE attractin in all of disney....the twilight zone tower of terror....mwahahahahahaha!!!!! (that's supposed to be a really creepy laugh.)

Wow, nice haul for Christmas! Can you pleeeeease post pictures of your D&B purse/wristlet?! :flower3:

Next clue is Tower of Terror! Used to hate this one but now it's one of my favorites too. :thumbsup2

I've got that Tink's prison picture somewhere. We didn't see Little Mermaid this trip. As a matter of fact, I didn't spend much time at all in Hollywood Studios this trip. There is too much to do in too little time. :upsidedow

How'd you like that ginormous cinnamon roll picture I sent you?

You've got a POP postcard on the way. I hope it brings you some happiness. :)

I just found out about Tink's prison right before this past trip!

I hear ya about too much to do in too little time..that's how I feel our March trip is going to be. But, I'm just happy to be going at all. :) Besides, I'll be back just a few short months later! :rotfl:

I LOVED the cinnamon roll picture! You know I love those!

I can't wait to get the postcard!

Now I know why I didnt' get that one; I"ve never been even near it!!

But I do know this one! It's ToT!! One of my very favorites!!

Tink-
Hope you had a great Christmas & New Years! We are getting closer aren't we? LOL We are really starting to get excited here!

Doo-doo-doo-doo-doo (that's supposed to be my scary music HAHA)...of course, the ToT takes us "beyond the fifth dimension" into the Twilight Zone. Here's what the WDW website has to say about it:

" Plunge down the dark freight elevator shaft of the once glamorous Hollywood Tower Hotel in The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, a thrill ride for big kids, teens and adults at Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park.

Ah, but this is no ordinary hotel. Its phantom elevator is located beyond the fifth dimension, the one that crosses over into The Twilight Zone.

The Legend

Classic stars of the silver screen sought rest and relaxation at the grand Hollywood Tower Hotel during the Golden Age of Hollywood. In 1939, during a gloomy Halloween night, 5 unlucky souls were riding down the Hotel's maintenance service elevator when a violent storm struck the building… and they were never seen again. Black scorch marks still scar The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror facade where lightning left its autograph.

The Elevator

A ride on the "fright elevator" beyond the eerie boiler room in the hotel basement could be down, then up, or maybe down again, or up and up—every experience is different and randomly selected by the Tower itself. There's no way of knowing which direction you'll go on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

Step aboard, if you dare. You're about to discover what lies beyond the deepest, darkest corner of the imagination."

And that folks is the only elevator I'll willingly go on!

Uhm.. I have not a cllue how to play your game..but a tale as old as time is from beauty and the beast.. do I win??

anywho, just wanted to drop in and say hi! life is MUCH calmer now that the Holidays are done and over with! so I will be able to post again! thanks for joining in on my TR! Have you made any wedding plans?

I have not see this during the last two trips! :sad2:
There is just not enough time to do everything we want to do on the shorter trips.

January touches February, and February touches March, so you are really, really getting close! :goodvibes

When you come back through Nashville, we will not have our beloved Disney Store to visit. It is closing at the end of this month. The closest one now is going to be about 45 minutes away, and I'm hoping that one holds out. If not, I have no idea where the closest one will be.

Beauty & the Beast... so you are going to get your fiance to see this with you? LOL

Tink-->Actually we have seen it and it is really good. I love how the whole story is told in 18 minutes!!!!!
