You will not be getting one from me next week as I am escaping the Alabama humidity and the dreadful heat index of 110 to the cool mountains of Jackson Hole and Yellowstone! I checked the weather forecast, and the highs are only in the 70s and the lows in the 30s!! I cannot express to ya how completely stoked I am! I told my coworkers, there's a good chance I'm not coming back!

Good golly Miss Molly! You're already setting up your classroom?! When does teachers' workshop officially start and when's the first day of school? Whewie, that sounds way too soon! DH doesn't head back until 8/30 for teachers' workshop and the day after Labor Day with the kids. Can summer be so close to being over?

I have mailed out this week's envelope, but I wanted to let you know that I will be on vacation for a couple of weeks. What I have done is prepared smallish envelopes for my mother (also in NJ) to mail next Monday (8/9) and the Monday afterwards (/16). We are flying out of Newark, so I will see my mother this weekend prior to our flight. I will be back to mailing them myself the week of the 23rd. Hope this is not a problem.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes! I just got home from working on my classroom too! My husband is officially in in service this week and I start Monday! Saying goodbye to summer!

I am not sure about the OP but we were able to go in and set up our classrooms last week and teacher in service is this week... students next week!! It went way too fast
