Go Figure - PIN Code

My mom just called and she got a PIN code for FD in the mail. My mom has only gone to Disney the 2 times we took her and she was under our reservation. She can't go with us in Feb. so of course she got the PIN code. Go Figure!!! Do you think I should call and see if I have one I have tried that a couple times and they always act like they don't know what I mean.

My best friends mom who has been once in her life and that was with my friend and not in her name gets them all the time. My sister has gotten them and she has never been. My neighbors get them. I have never gotten one and it makes me crazy!
