Go Carts in Toontown?

My 8 yr old son said he saw a commercial recently where there was go carts in Toontown and you get a trophy or something like that. I have no idea what he could be talking about! Anyone know? He plays toontown on the computer, but he said no he did not see it on the computer, it was on a tv commercial....maybe something called Disney 411?? Then he added he thinks you design your go cart. Can anyone please help? PS...he is not talking about the race car ride, tomorrowland raceway.

They recently had an event modeled after the racecars on toontown for winners of a contest i believe.
