Go Card or City Pass

I’m considering getting one of these for our upcoming trips. How would this work with booking tours in advance. We are thinking of doing Warner Bros tour, hop on bus, Universal, Griffith observatory, and the Zoo in San Diego. Also I am trying to get Ellen tickets. I’m not sure what would be the best plan. We currently have 2 Los Angeles and 2 San Diego days booked. Still need to book hotel for LA portion. We are traveling in October. Starting in San Francisco and ending in Disneyland.
