Oh no Jess....are you okay???? Were you able to get the insurance of the person who hit you??? Just not cool at all! I just hope you are okay!

Katie...will definitely be keeping your mom in my prayers!! Hope the doctors can figure this all out and make her comfortable and on the road to recovery!

Yes, thankfully I'm fine and thankfully he was nice about it. I have an appointment tomorrow to get a quote, and a rental car for work this week, so at least it's moving along quickly.

He said he was looking in his rear-view mirror, because someone was following close behind him, I was stopped at the light and when he realized traffic had stopped, he tried to swerve and go in the turn lane. All I heard was the squeeling breaks. So instead of running directly in the back of me, he hit me at an angle, so I guess in that regard it could ahve been a lot worse!
I sure do hope our luck turns around dear gnomies!!

Same here I'm just glad you were okay! Make sure if you feel any pain at all you go see a chiropracter...getting hit in the back is one of the worse ways to get whiplash and it can be quite painful!

I had to go through 6 months of chiropractic sessions when I got rear-ended in Alaska!

Thanks girls, yeah I'm fine. I took a nap earlier cause I had a headache, but I feel fine so far. I will definitely keep an eye on it this week. But thank you, I miss you all!!

WHAT IS GOING ON??? Is it a full moon or something?? I am just - at 9:30pm- getting home from work. All nighter last night and another one on the docket for tonight.

I hate this.

WHEN is it going to get better? If this keeps up I'm giving up and hopping on a plane!!

Crappy day here too. On top of the migraines, I'm starting to get dizzy spells....does anyone know what that might mean?

Unfortunately, I have way too much experience with these. Let me make a couple suggestions

1. It may just be a sinus thing. Take sudafed for a couple days and see if that helps

2. Pay attention to your eating/dizzy patterns. It may be a blood sugar issue. If you notice a pattern, talk to a doctor about it

3. You might try meclazine (non-drowsy dramamine or bonine) Lots of people have good luck with these

4. If they get progressively worse, go talk to your doctor. About 2 years ago I started having dizziness. I went through all of the above with no luck. I saw my regular doctor but he didn't help much. Luckily I talked with the nurse at my school who encouraged me to see an ENT. By the time I got to this point, my dizzy spells had grown to 30 hour events 2-3 times/week in which I could barely stand up. I was finally diagnosed with Menieres disease, an inner ear condition and got proper medication and I rarely have issues anymore

Oh, one more thing, stress tends to make these conditions worse so you may just be having an increased response to things going on in your life right now.

Oh my poor gnomies...we are having a rough go of it aren't we!!!! I wish all of you the best and hopefully an uneventful end to our week!!! My household is just exhausted, Phillip fell asleep at 5:30pm and I fell asleep around 7:00ish and got nothing done...LOL!!

WOW those Pink Carnation books sound really really good!! Is there any romance in them??? I'm a sucker for romance??? What is the name of the first one again I'm going to go look it up??
