Everyone must be busy this weekend, seems like things have been quieter than normal on the different gnomie threads

I thought when i moved to VA Beach there would be no snow. This weekend we received the 20 year winter storm (has not snowed this much since 1989!!). We got about 8 inches and it's all ice now. Should be very interesting trying to drive to work tomorrow since they didn't do a very good job plowing the roads. But Blake and I spent yesterday and today unpacking boxes and organizing our closets that haven't been touched since we moved at the end of September. Oh well!

Did all the rest of my gnomies have a good weekend?
P should be leaving soon for the world right? If I don't get to say it later, have a great time P!!

Paula, I hope you have a wonderful trip!

I finally found a Wii exercise game I like and now I'm sore. I even got up this morning and did it. I was proud of myself. I think tomorrow will be an off day though because I need time to recover.

Quick question...have any of you booked a vacation through a travel agent before? I did this time but have been unable to pull it up on the WDW website. This was making me a bit paranoid so I called Disney to confirm the details (a bit OCD I guess) and was told that they show a reservation in my name for May 1 but couldn't give me any additional info since I wasn't the one who booked it. They said the travel agent "owns" the reservation and any changes or anything must go through her.

I guess this just makes me a bit nervous not to be able to "see" everything. All of the charges have gone through the Disney company so I guess I just have to trust that all will turn out OK.

Anyone else been through this?

yep...my 1st few WDW trips were booked thru AAA...it was the same thing

When Jen and I had our January booked originally it was through a TA and that was how it was too. I wouldn't worry about it!

Gnomies, I have to toot my own horn. I went to the docs today and I lost another 7.2 lbs for a grand total of 59.8lbs lost! Yayayaya! I've almost hit 60lbs. It feels better than 50lbs lost. It's amazing.

EA Sports Active...best Wii Game Ever. I was running this morning. RUNNING! I hate running. With a passion and I voluntarily did it this morning. It felt so good. As I was doing it, I thought to myself "someday I will run in a Disney 1/2 Marathon".

I'm on an exercise/weight loss high today. Can you remind me of this tomorrow?

Yep, I mean I guess jog would be a more appropriate description. I just jogged right in place. There is a thing you strap on your leg and it knows you are running so it counts it down on the game. And if you run faster you person runs faster, it keeps me motivated.
