I hesitate to say I've never seen "A Lot Like Love." I have put it in my Netflix queue... if you love it so much that it has a permanent spot in your DVR then I should see it!

I am off to search my movie collection. I will probably end up watching Under the Tuscan Sun AGAIN. But I love that movie.

This August weather is BIZARRE.

It really is bizarre, it's downright chilly today.

I love A Lot Like Love, I adore Ashton Kutcher and most of his movies just put a big smile on my face. This one is quite sweet.

I love Under the Tuscan Sun!! It's such a great movie. I'm going to have to watch that soon.

I just saw the Ashton/Cameron Diaz Vegas movie a few weeks back. I thought it was really cute! I've seen way more movies this summer than ever before since I'm constantly stuck inside watching TV!

Tell me about it, I'm over this summer. The crap weather is such a bummer.

I haven't seen What Happens in Vegas...I just have had it for about 2 weeks from Netflix. Bah.

"Happy" Monday, gnomies! LL- hope the sleep study went well.

So it's finally going to hit 90 here in Connecticut this week. For the FIRST TIME this summer! The news said our last 90 degree day was in April! Of course I'll be stuck in the office all day today so won't be able to enjoy it.

UGH- the weatherman just said "if you picked this week for vacation, you picked a good one...probably the best week I've seen all summer." Stupid work.

Sleep Studies SUCK!

Good thing the technician was really cute.

I slept horrible, I have red marks all over my neck from the tape, a bruise near the side of my nose and I still feel greasy from all the goop they put on me to have the sensors stick to me.

Apparently, my O2 levels drop slightly while I sleep. So the technician thought my doctor might recommend a machine. He can recommend all he wants, I am not using that hideous hurtful thing at home. I think anyone who does a freaking sleep study is going to be given that stupid machine! And further more if I wasn't having this surgery I would have never even been referred to do a sleep study in the first place.

Can you tell I'm cranky?

Still no word about the dog........we are DYING here!!!! We are so ready to go pick up our little angel, but still no luck.......here's to hoping we hear something today!!!!

We had our first taste of summer this weekend.....actually hit 90 and had some humidity. It was still not THAT bad because there was a good breeze going the entire time...a hot one...but still a breeze! It was the type of humidity that you feel all damp with sweat all over after being outside after a few minutes....UGH....I HATE to sweat!!!! It reminded me so much of how much I hate getting all sweaty down at WDW in the heat and humidity there.....................YUCK!

Why, ummm...., yes, I did pick up on that. Hope your mood got better and at least you can sleep normally tonight! From a surgery perspective are the results of your sleep test ok or do you have to wait to find out?

Someone I used to work with got prescribed the machine and he hates wearing it too but he did say he got the best sleep using it and hadn't even really realized how badly he was sleeping before.

Because Marc needs a machine now, they will keep him in the Critical Care Unit overnight after his surgery instead of a regular room, so if anything I think that is the only way my surgery will be impacted from the sleep study.

I have to go to the cardiologist on Wednesday to get cleared by them.

Oh, good. Clearly I am not a science/biology expert. I had no idea what they were looking for from a sleep study! But it is good that they check it all out so that everything can go smoothly!

Today I headed to my classroom and got it all organized and clean!!! It smells good and is looking good I was very happy with the work I did this morning!!! Tomorrow I have a technology meeting I'm going to, but I already told her I wasn't going to stay all day and my moderator was okay with that!

Hey girls! My dad has his laptop down here so I'm able to do some part time work and earn some money while I'm on vacation! How cool is that!? The sun is HOT. It was 99 today, my ear got burned, the top of my left foot/ankle and I have some extremely funky burn marks on my forehead/sunglass marks! The next few days I'm going to strategically sun myself to make up the overly colored spots!

Good news though! I have a job interview this weekend when we get back! It's at that aquarium place I was telling you all about before. While we're there, we're going to tour the townhouses we've been looking at in Viirginia Beach. Wish me luck!! I'll try and keep in touch the rest of the week!

It was in the All Ears newsletter today but the DIS is treating like a rumor. At least so far.

I have to say that I kind of liked the 90 days. 180 days is SO far in advance to decide plans. I wonder if that means park hours are going back to 180 days in advance? Would hope so b/c would be tough to plan dining w/o park hours! So will be interesting to see when your Jan window opens and/or when the April 2010 window opens!

I read about that too...October 27th is the date that is being rumored about!!! I don't know...I think it will limit some of the hardship to get certain ADRs but at the same time I still have to wait until park hours come out LOL
