Morning girls!
silly Stacy! Yep, a new ticker...I booked last night although I'm not entirely certain the trip will happen because Greg is still against the whole idea. He thinks it's silly for me to take days off school, some of which will have to be unpaid because I only get 1 personal day/year. Plus the boys would miss school for a week. I don't know if the fact that Greg won't be able to join us bothers him or not, he's never really said. BUT this is something I really want for me and frankly, I don't do that many things that are for myself. Typical Mom, most of my efforts go for the family!
I am SO feeling this Friday! I normally don't Dis at all from work but for some reason, I just can't get into my work groove today. I should be having student discussions today but I'm just not feeling it (and my morning classes thankfully all work so hard and quietly, I hate to interrupt them
)
Any fun weekend plans? I think the neighbors are coming over for a junk food party on sunday. We were going to have a superbowl party with them last week and we both bought stuff for it but then I got sick and cancelled so now we just want an excuse to eat it

Sometimes I am sooooo observant!! Congrats on your new ticker!! I too hope it stays!!I am feeling Friday too! And I don't have a day off until next Friday to go to Indiana! But today is going good! I got my NKOTBSB tickets, my mum sent me a Twilight valentine's day card (silly woman, I live 5 minutes away!), and D23 sent me a watch! Now all I need are good sales at work, to meet my prince charming, and win the lottery!

Oh gosh girls, I am SO sorry I missed the birthday wishes!! Thank you thank you!! It was a great birthday this year. We ate at a place in Newport News called Cheyanne's, it's like a western bar/club but they have awesome drink specials and really good ribs. Plus we had gift cards from christmas so it was all free, then we went next door to a Piano Bar, and Blake surprised me by inviting friends of mine from Salisbury (undergrad), that I haven't seen in years. So it was really fun...since my birthday fell on a monday we did it on saturday instead.
