They have changed their name and website. Their new website is http://www.fidelityresales.com/ and their new name is

Same people, just different name.

That sound like them! Through every step of the process, **** & Jaki were very quick to respond to my multitude of questions. I sent an email with a question one Sunday afternoon and received a response that night. If they said it would take X days for something to happen, in each instance, it happened by that date or sooner. Gotta love dealing with professionals!! Others may have had similar experiences with other realtors (I had some questionable responses from 2 other realtors-not the host of this site) but when I get ready to make another purchase in about 2 months, I will definately call **** & Jaki again.
