Gluten-free?

Hello everyone,
A lot of restaurants in my area are starting to offer gluten-free pasta substitutes. I know Disney is becoming more GF friendly but does anyone know if they started offering a gluten-free pasta substitute? Also, any other gluten-free additions since spring of last year? We don't have allergies but we have sensitivities to it.

I've read that many places offer rice noodles in place of the regular pasta... Cafe Orleans is supposed to-we'll be dining there in a week and a half


Boardwalk pizza and pasta is supposed to have it, as well as pizza port. Do a thread search for gluten free... There's a good thread on it here. Old list that they used to offer at guest services but now they don't. You can always ask at at each restaurant . I'll see of I can lost a link for you.

It's quite doable. My dh and dd(10) are gf, but not celiac. They have good gf mac n cheese at storytellers in Ca grand, and I also think I read they have the rice noodles at cafe Orleans too .

many of the dining venues are very happy to offer the GF rice noodles--especially when I ask for menu items for my son with egg, nut, and seed allergies.

But really, you can call Disney Dining and ask about which restaurants have GF options. I have had good response (in a day or two) with having a chef call us back to discuss our specific allergies (non-GF).

I recall having rice noodles a few years ago at Blue Bayou.

Also, you can get gluten free tacos at Rancho Del Zocalo. They're very good .
