Does anyone know how the dolphin and swan are with food alergies since they are not Disney?:confused3

We have eaten at the Dolphin in The Fountain with Gluten Allergy and Peanut Nut/Tree Nut Allergy without any problems. The chef was always great there. Call ahead and talk to the chef and I'm sure all will be fine.

Very, very good actually! I ate at Fresh Mediterranean market for breakfast on this last trip, and they were excellent, except for that they didn't get my allergy form and had a form for another person w/the same name and reservation time (first name only--it helps to read lol) but this person had a pork allergy, I guess. So they made homemade chicken apple sausages. Even through the confusion, they ended up giving me the sausages and they were quite fantastic (and yes, the other person still had sausages too) but they made me pancakes, which were fairly good and then I had an omelet with a clean pan and oil. All very good and they were just as on top of things as the WDW owned restaurants.
