Gluten Free Reuben?

So shot in the dark here...Is there a quick service where you can get a gluten free reuben sandwich? I see them on the menu at Sci Fi and the Plaza, but neither of those are on our ADRs for our trip later this week. If no reuben, does anyone else have a suggestion for an awesome gluten free QS sandwich? I have had the burgers and love them, but I also like options...

I have celiac, so unfortunately, I HAVE to do gluten free.

I don't believe there is even a regular Reuben at a QS. Earl of Sandwich MAY have something, but we haven't been there.

I don't recall ever seeing any either, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

They have Reuben's on the QS menu at Capt Cooks at the Poly but IDK if they can make it GF there. If you were to go dine at the Plaza I'm 99.9% sure they could make you a GF one there, the chef is spectacular!
