Does anyone have recommendations for eating GF at Disneyland, particularly for quick service? We're planning a visit in late Nov, and our DD has gluten sensitivity. I've seen some of the lists of what's available and was wondering what others' experiences were. What's good and what locations are easier to get GF food? I woould appreciate any advice or comments.

Depends on what kind of food you like and your DD age most likely. I travel with a child (9 years old) with celiac disease and she is not particularly adventurous. She liked eating at Whitewater Snacks for the nachos, the hot dogs and hamburgers with gluten free buns at various quick service places, the gluten free waffles at Storyteller's (think they have them at River Belle Terrace as well), the taco at Rancho Del Zocalo, and the gluten free pizza at Pizza Port and/or Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta. She also loved the Mickey bars!

There are a lot of other options as well. I was worried she wouldn't have enough to eat, but we haven't even tried everything available for her. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful in explaining our choices and making sure she got food that was safe for her to eat. I hope you have a great trip! :goodvibes

My BFF has Celiac's (my other BFF has a dairy allergy, dining out is always fun with them LOL), she likes Rancho because she can get corn tortillas, she likes Taste Pilot's for the ribs, and she's had GF buns places she can get a burger. The BBQ is a good choice as well, just don't eat the cornbread. :) Oh ya, she said the GF pizza isn't the best but it isn't the worse either, she prefers to grab a salad there though.

How about Bengal BBQ? They have skewers with different meats, my DD3 seems to like them quite a bit. Chicken or beef, they are good snacks or you can grab a couple to make a meal.

One other option that is popping out in my mind is Paradise Garden Grill. They also serve skewers, and there is pita bread on the side, but there is also cucumber salad, rice, etc.

Big Thunder Ranch BBQ also has some good options. Ribs and chicken, corn, beans, etc.

My dad does GF, and he always likes to eat at Mexican restaurants because it is easy to get corn tortillas. He actually loves ethnic restaurants because other cultures don't rely as heavily on gluten as we do. He suggests anything Asian as well (Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.).

I'll consult with my dad and see what he says, and if he has other ideas, I'll let you know. I'm sure it will be pretty easy once you arrive and see what the different restaurants have to offer! Hope you have a great trip!

The GF Mickey waffles were a hit with my Celiac DD2 and DS6 last year. We had them at Minnie and Friends at Plaza Inn.
