gluten free recipes?

Does anyone know of any good Gluten free recipes?

Cams teacher is going out of town tomorrow right after school and I wanted to put together a little bag of goodies but I know that her dh is allergic to wheat.

Im looking for stuff to do for her.

Go to http://allrecipes.com. Type in Gluten free and it comes up with some good recipes.

There are lots of sites that deal with Celiac sprue and gluten free recipes.
My favorite easy one is for peanut butter cookies:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
mix and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes!

You can get gluten free brownie mix at a health food store or a good grocery store with a natural food section. It would be a treat for her and they are very good.

Oh and Ghirardelli chocolate is gluten free.

The brownies are SOOOOO good.
You can also find at some health food stores gluten free kit kat bar type things and little mini cakes.
Be careful though there are some really really nasty snacks too.
