Gluten Free Mozzarella Sticks??

Looking at the great pics of gf fried chicken and wondering if any restaurants can do mozzarella sticks. That's the one thing my DD16 misses the most.

I have never seen anyone posting about them and, in fact, I don't think mozzarella sticks are on any of the WDW menus.
