I'm looking for a character breakfast where my youngest could have gluten-free, soy-free Mickey Waffles!
I've been reading lots of posts...and I've heard that some restaurants serve Van's gluten-free waffles, but my daughter is allergic to Van's because they contain soy flour.
I read a post where some restaurants can make fresh Mickey Waffles with Bob's Red Mill and she can eat that pancake / waffle mix (we have it at home all the time!) ... but now I can't find that post!
We've narrowed it down to three choices - Tusker House (Donald's Safari Breakfast), Cape May Cafe, and Chef Mickey's.
Thanks in advance!

I must admit we are fortunate not to have cross contamination issues as DD is not celiac so not sure if this made it easier for them to make them. Another thing I learned is don't promise your DS that he will be getting mickey waffles - in the event that they are unable to honor your request for any reason, at least he won't be disappointed.
