Hi All,
I recently responded to another thread where i offered to send people the list of gluten free foods that i had miled from guest services. I have been inundated with requests for this information so I have pasted it below.
Obviously this was sent in October to me so is only a guide - however guest services said to me that its not changed to their knowledge since November 2007 so a fairly good reference i feel and invaluable for planning food.

anyway less of the drivvle hope this helps people as much as it has me -

I really encourage people NOT to go by an old list of allergen information but request a new list shortly before their trip - maybe 2-3 weeks before.

Ingredients can and DO change - so something safe for one trip may not be safe for another. I am not suggesting the OP is trying to do anything but be helpful - but it is always possible that someone could post a list like this and add things that are not safe, etc.

I just think it best to get the list straight from WDW.:thumbsup2

PS: I can't believe with all the searching I've done under "gluten-free," that I just found this thread today. I hope more people will add to it as they discover more GF options in WDW. Again, thank you most dearly for posting this wonderful list!

That's an excellent suggestion.

I have an extensive list that I received from Brenda Bennett a few weeks ago. It was updated 6/09. I would be happy to forward all of the pages to anyone who would like them. Drop me a PM with your email address and I'll send it away! There are something like 10 or more pages so I really don't want to type them all here!

While it's great to be able to see a list like this, as somebody else said, these things can and do change all the time. Brenda will always be the best source of such a list. She'll email it to anybody who requests it and it'll be the most up to day and therefore safest way to go. Anybody reading this thread, please contact Brenda for the most up to date list. It's just as easy to print off the email attachments from her as it is to print off this list, but at least you'll know it's current and safe.

It is nice to want to share the infor we have been given. But Brenda is the most up to date source for this kind of info. We go to WDW often and have seen food change from "safe" to "unsafe" from week to week. Contracts expire and providers change (as do ingredients). brenda usually sends info very quickly and is always very helpful.
