Hi,
My wife needs to eat gluten free so we have some experience.
We eat at a few Mexican places where she can order corn items instead of flour and Fiesta Fresh, San Miguels and Mi Tierra all have options.
We go to Monster Pizza in Bluffton (just off island) as they offer a gluten free pizza. Most seafood restaurants have a shrimp dish with no flour added.
The Plublix on the north end has a decent section of just gluten free foods.
You can still enjoy a gluten free night out on the island as there are over 200 restaurants to choose from.
Just let your server know the situation and they will do their best to provide an option or two.
