Hi, first I want to say, that I don't have to eat gluten free, but I have an uncle that mUST, so I don't know what it like. But there is 2 reasons I'm posting in this thread.
#1 My Uncle and Aunt travel to Disney once a year, and everytime he eats in Disney he gets the red carpet treatment, he never complained and only had good things to say.
#2 I was at Chef Mickey one night with my son, and a table next to us (very close) asked the waiter what options does his son have for a gluten free meal, the waiter said he'll be right back. Well in about a minute later the chef walked over the table and introduced himself, and told them all the options that there child had, and to top it all off the chef sent the child home with an huge box of brownies (gluten free of course), he was also telling the family how they go about making a menu to accomidate there guests with celiac what I mean by that how they balance the meals with protein, and all the nutritions.........etc.
Just wantd to let you know that I know that DISNEY is very accomidating for this dietary need. I hope this info was helpful.
Good luck and have a great time.
