Gluten free chicken strips?

my daughter has celiac and we have never had problems with the asparagus/bacon skewer at Bengal. Just another option
They can do it with no sauce- just ask, plus we feel healthy since it has a veggie- LOL

There is also a straight up grilled veggie skewer that has a spice blend sprinkled on it, but no sauce. It's zucchini, potato, red onion, and bell pepper.

I am celiac and have not been back to WDW since i have known. If anyone knows of a good thread, or reviews or blogs, etc, please let me know. We’re supposed tp go in 3 weeks, but I feel lost and cannnot find much recent info On gf choices. This former WDW expert planner is now overwhelmed with the new inability to schedule the day beforehand due to G+ ⬅️ FP+, so i feel like i need a LOT of eating options so the whole trip does not becomes negatively impacted around always finding GF for Mom. History tells me that will happen, since I as Mom am celiac and my sons are not, is that i will just forego eating to benefit the schedule, which will be fine for a day and then moods will slide downhill quickly…

This forum deals pretty much with Disneyland in CA. If you're planning a WDW trip you may want to post on

https://www.disboards.com/forums/disney-restaurants.14/

But I want to assure you that you will not starve nor get frustrated trying to find GF options at WDW nor will your non-Celiac sons feel any kind of negative impacts. Just about every eatery has safe GF options (and I'm a very picky eater) and I've never been glutened. Many of the allergy menus are posted on the WDW 'dining' tab and if you google 'Disney World Gluten Free' there are plenty of bloggers out there who post reviews. If you select 'images' you'll also find photos of the varying menus.

I don't want to derail a DLR thread, but feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to help. I've kept a list of the places I've really liked.
