Gluten Free at Captain's Grille Breakfast

Has anyone eaten breakfast at Captain's Grille? What do they have that is gluten Free (besides eggs)?

I haven't eaten there but when I was talking on the phone with a chef about a possible stay at YC he said he could definitely do Mickey waffles for me either eat in or take out. I think he also said that the room service would be from CG. I would imagine that they bacon and sausage are gluten free just like everywhere else on property and they should have an assortment of fresh fruit as well. I believe they carry gluten free bread (most likely Ener-G) which means they should be able to make french toast. I bet that cinnamon maple butter is gluten free (I would hope, but ask to be sure) meaning that french toast meal could be made for you.

I was talking with the chef to find out about CS options for my kids with multiple food allergies. There weren't any (seriously; not a single thing) but the chef was explaining what he could to do go and via room service. We ended up deciding not to stay there as I didn't want to pay TS or room service prices when we really wanted CS meals. The chef was wonderful though and was willing to order in foods to be ready for us if we chose to stay there (again, this is for multiple food allergies; for just gluten free it would have been MUCH easier as they already had plenty of gluten free options available at CG).
