Hi! I'm not sure if this is where I should post this...here it goes.

My DD 2,princess: was just recently diagnosed with allergies/intolerance for gluten/casein. We also have a DS 7, pirate:turning 8 during our upcoming trip March 24. He's not allergic to anything so this is all new to me. We have the dining plan. I know she's not using the dining plan being under 3. I just wanted to know how I go about finding counter service and table service food she can eat PRIOR to us getting there or at least get an idea of where to go for her.

We have ADR's for the following:
1900 PF breakfast
Coral Reef dinner
Crystal Palace breakfast
Chef Mickey's dinner
Ohanna dinner
Rainforest Cafe lunch

This is our first trip as a family of 4. Her VERY first and his 8th birthday trip (they don't know we're going...shhhh ;) ) I want it to be as MAGICAL and drama free as possible! Thanks in advance! :disrocks:

DD11 has casein, egg, tree nut, and peanut allergies and we have made four trips to Disney World eating onsite for most of our meals. Her tastes are pretty simple, so we've been accommodated pretty well. In my experience, Special Diets has been less helpful with each subsequent visit, but they should still be contacted. Hopefully if you list the sorts of food your DD2 enjoys, others will chime in with some their experiences. I hope we can help you plan your upcoming trip.

She's not picky at all. Chicken nuggets, fries, etc. We can adjust wherever. She eats fruits, veggies, meat. Thanks so much for the feedback!!!

She'll have no problem at all eating at those places. Rain Forest Cafe isn't Disney owned so they may not have as many options, but I hear good things about them none the less. Contact WDW Dining and have them add the allergies to each reservation. For quick service, there is a chicken tender that is delicious and top 8 free. It's available at least one place per park, you just have to figure out where. It's usually at Columbia Harbour House in MK. There are safe prepackaged treats available to the chefs and at most QS places. Most places have non-dairy ice creams available for dessert too. Usually Tofutti or Rice Dream. We're not GF so I don't know if those are safe. We rely pretty heavily on meats and fries at Disney. At any QS place, just ask any cast member for a manager to discuss an allergy order. They will come out with a binder of ingredients to look over with you and then have whatever you select prepared carefully to avoid cross-contamination.

Also, Babycakes in DTD is a bakery with all GF and DF items.
