Glow with the Show ears at WDW? Yes, please!

So last night at DCA they premiered the Glow with the Show ears for the World of Color show. It was a media event, so everyone got the ($25) ears for free. There is also 3 AP events w/ these ears later this month.

I am a big fan of keeping the parks unique, meaning I like that DCA has Worlds of Color, Buena Vista Street, Carsland, as it makes me excited about seeing all the new things during a future visit.

BUT---- these ears are another thing. I would love to see them at some new (read-unique) show at WDW or perhaps as part of current shows (plural to get your money's worth), Mickey Halloween/Christmas parties, and parades. There are so many possibilities!!

I guess time will tell. I am excited that DLR is going to have such an awesome summer. As my old home park, I am a little jealous and wish I could be there. Hoping there will similar hoopla when FLE opens up more! For starters, bring us these ears!!

I would like WDW to find a place for the World of Color Show. It's fabulous! Then add those Glow at the Show Mickey Ears? Coolest thing I have seen in a long time. They would be awesome at IllumiNations, too. And, as OP said, at the Parties and Parades.

agreed this could be used for years at multiple shows...IF Disney will do that...i hope so....if im gonna pay that much for those ears i wanna be able to use them at other shows!!

IF WDW would program them to where you can come back yr after yr and reuse them...Heck I would pay$25 for my whole fam to have a set. Be able to use them at ALL the parades, parties and firework shows! How cool would that be!

That is so cool... I was worried it'd be distracting, but honestly it's a great way to kind of liven up the show for folks who are stuck in the cheap seats. It makes the show far more real.

They are some of the coolest ears to come around in awhile. Would like to have some for the family when we go in December.

So on a whim I hit up eBay and yep 2 of them on there - buy it now, $65 and $200 respectively

I think I will wait them out for several more months

Okay, yeah, I would love for them to be at WDW. I would have to have a pair. They remind me of those pins that WDW had years ago that would glow during certain things, (ie, illuminations, fantasmic). There were either 4 or 5 different styles. I loved them too.
