Glow with the Show and magic Ears?

How on Earth is that annoying? I think some people's annoyance threshold is debilitatingly low.
Sort of like somebody sitting in front of you popping flashes from a camera on a dark ride? Not good show.

The hats are bright and if their sitting right in front of you it can be distracting from the fireworks or whatever show you're watching.

I've experienced both, and I don't think they're really comparable. The ears aren't that bright. But maybe that's just from my perspective.

Anyone have a picture of the "wands"? I can't say with all our trips I have ever seen one. Might be nice to buy when I take my nephew this summer.

So can you just have the wands light up when you are not watching a show too? They sound like more fun then some of the other light up toys they sell for parades.

hi --- thanks for your input. i am sad and bummed as the glow with the show ears hats apparell doesn't seem to be popular.

Our DGrD has the "Glow with the Show" ears. We were at Fantasmic last year and she had them on. They were "dancing" to the music.... well, a guest sitting behind us asked that she Remove them, since they were annoying....
She was so sad. But we didn't want to get the other guests angry. :(
I'm sorry - but couldn't resist responding. If I paid THAT much for something for my child/grandchild - I'd have to politely say - "sorry" to this rude guest. Couldn't care less if it annoyed them (sorry)

There are always people who will be upset about the smallest things in the park. To bad instead of "glow with the show" it couldn't be lets learn to "go with the flow"

sadly, they never took off in WDW. There are more users of them in DL but not in huge numbers.
I still bring and wear my 60th ears to WDW. I like them.

The wands actually control the lights on the ears of others.
At least the wand we have does.
I know in DL various folks got the biggest kick out of changing my ears

I got a pair on the ABD Backstage Magic trip from Dreams Unlimted at our Farewell dinner. Will probably pack my Kermit ears for DHS day instead because they don't seem to be that big here. Thanks for the information.
