Glow in the Dark Ink

Please forgive me, but this is my first time posting anything on the DISboards. I am a new member! I am interested in using glow in the dark ink to make t-shirts, etc. for my upcoming trip at the end of September. I wasn't sure if anyone has used this before to make t-shirts or if it's even possible. If yes, then where can I purchase it and can it be used in an inkjet printer to print onto transfers? Thanks for your help!
