Pooch, you are right. I am certain that the airline staff will have to check to see if the cake conceals any weapons of mass destruction. Since eating it would definitely add to my MASS they would be correct. Might have to bake a half dozen or so. Wonder if the airline would charge an extra fee for that?

Nancy, I thank you and Figment and anyone else who worked on all of the preparations for our parties and such. I feel guilty because I am not doing much of anything other than the dvd's. Someone was supposed to email me and tell me how much $ I might chip in. (hey remember I am an old retired person on a fixed income before you all start sending me emails requesting a million or so) I know how you guys are.

It is important to keep the lines of communication open when they crack the door. Does not have to be anything big, a card, a call, something. It is the price we pay to get to be part of our grandchildren's lives. Sad it has to be that way. Does not seem to work both ways though.
