Well, you all shoulda come here. I used to be famous for my Sunday brunches. Homemade, fresh from the hot fat, donuts, waffles, pancakes, quiche etc. I do not do it anymore cause my cooking does not suit. My daughter is on a strict diet, my oldest grandson will only eat chicken fingers. Now my sil and youngest grandson I could suit though.

Well, you all shoulda come here. I used to be famous for my Sunday brunches. Homemade, fresh from the hot fat, donuts, waffles, pancakes, quiche etc. I do not do it anymore cause my cooking does not suit. My daughter is on a strict diet, my oldest grandson will only eat chicken fingers. Now my sil and youngest grandson I could suit though.

Well I was good at lunch... now I am in the kitchen playing... I have now a green tea bread baking in the oven.... I have london broil in a pot.. should be a pot roast .. but I added some stuff it got watery added some cornstarch so it looks like beef in gravy and made spanish brown rice... hmmmm and it is only 3 o'clock... I am debating if I am going to bake my apple peach pie or my pineapple pie.. the fillings are from scratch.. the crust is from that hunk doughboy!!! anybody care to join me for dinner ???

Ants, yet another thing you and I have in common. Cooking. You know that many of our favorite dishes were things that went awry and had to be mended, chocolate chip cookies, frosting etc?

Pooh, because of my breathing problems I can no longer swing a shovel but I use a bucket and scoop the mulch out that way. Do not need gloves as I am not a manicured lady.

Having a problem with my new gadget as the editing program keeps freezing up and I have to rescan the stuff. Pain in the ****. (if you say it with an English accent you can get away with most anything)

Okay, we all know about eating around the World but why not do an 'Eating Round the Country"? There are so many DISers that we need not go more than five miles in between, if that. Where shall we start?

There is a house near here that has all sort of MM decorations in the yard and I have a yearning to knock on the door as I am betting I would find one of YOU!

Pooh, you are doing the same thing I do. I work a bit, DIS a bunch and so on all day long. I have gotten much done today in spite of posting a few dozen times. All work and no play makes us not only dull but disgusted. We have a lumber mill in town and I can get a huge truckload, up to the top of the cab, for a mere $30. Sure beats pulling more weeds. I hope you get done today.

sorry Miss Lindaaaaaaaaa.... I end up baking the pies... and now they are cooling off.. and will be bringing it to my neighbor that I have not seen in ages... she gave me the shock of my life when she peak through my window and smiled.. and said... "Timmy are you baking pies ?? do you have an extra one "




and on top of that I have been bouncing back from 3 different forums in between loads of laundry!
