Hi guys! Just wanted to announce the youngest little Disney fan was born yesterday June 15th, (yes, on Father's Day). My eldest son and his wife had a 6lb 4 oz, 19 1/2" long baby boy named Levi Cooper at 2:07pm. Mom and son are doing great! I said youngest Disney fan, but since his mom doesn't like Disney, Nana going's to have to train him up right. Can't wait to take my new little Disney buddy on his first WDW trip. You think 2 1/2 months might be too young to sneak him away from mama?
Now if my youngest son and D-I-L would only have my new little grandaughter. (She's due August 12th). I'd have two little traveling buddies. Hmm, do you think her parents might realize their three week old is missing?![]()

Please send me any suggestions for car rental in September! Thanks!
Congratulations! Grandchildren are absolutely amazing! Mine (2, 3, & 4) will be taking their first trip to Disney with me (along with their parents--I'm not that crazy) in May of next year.
The day recommended for AK by the crowd level chart is Sun 9/7, which is when I plan to go. So if that day is good for everyone, let's aim to do the meet for EE and Dino that morning at rope drop. IF this is doable for anyone, please post! Maybe we could even wear green that day for the pics!
Here's my latest itinerary:
Sun 9/7 AK /// Dinner: LeCellier at 6:15 /// EPCOT Illuminations
Mon. 9/8 EPCOT /// Dinner: Boma at 6:15 /// Nothing!

Thanks guys! He is a cute little munchkin, if I do say so myself.
Jamie, traveling with grandkids, (one at a time though) is great! My elder son's daughter from his first marriage is now 11 y/o. She was the only grandchild (on our side) for eight years. I taken her to WDW a few times, to Renaissance Fairs, Civil War reenactments, and San Antonio, all by myself. She's a great travel buddy. She flew on her first airplane before her mom ever did, and loves it. Due to her parents divorce and their work schedules, she never gets to go anywhere on vacation with them, so she really looks forward to our trips. She was eight when my younger son had his son. Now three years later she is suddenly getting a baby step brother, (as well as a new girl cousin in August). She has already expressed concern that she might not get to go on as many trips with me now that she's not the only grandchild.
Rich, Adrien, and Kat, I'm thinking about bailing on the 1900 Park Fare Dinner on 9/9. I'd see if I could downgrade it to a smaller table and then PM the ADR# to one of you guys. I'd then use my mom or husband's phone to make an earlier ADR either in or somewhere close to MK. I'm thinking about taking my mom (and husband) to MNSSHP that night. Mark and I went last September, but my mom has never been, her birthday is that day, AP holders get a discount that night, and I think she might really enjoy it. The special fireworks and parade are great, plus she could get her picture made with Cinderella's carriage. She was supposed to go with me last year, but had to cancel when her sister announced she was coming from West Virginia to visit. I still have the costume I ordered for her off of ebay though, plus Mark and I still have ours.
Anyway, would you guys absolutely kill me if I bail on 1900 Park Fare? They let guests in for the MNSSHP at 4:00pm and I'd want to be inside MK early to get in line for the carriage pictures. Last year that line stretched forever, even though we got there early.
